  16. SYNOPSIS
  17.     Shell usage: Ulaw28SVX infile outfile
  18.     WB    usage: Just click on the icon, filenames are asked
  19.  
  20. DESCRIPTION
  21.     Converts sound files from SPARC-ULAW format to IFF 8SVX.
  22.     The sound will be amplified to full linear resolution.
  23.  
  24.     The program was compiled with SAS/C 5.10B. It will run
  25.     under KS 2.04 ONLY.
  26.  
  27.     It will put up a DisplayBeep() when all is done and the
  28.     smoke has settled.
